Description

The first 9 holes of Hurlingham Golf Club were inaugurated in 1892 and the second 9 in 1922. As many of the English golf courses, it was built near a railway stations. It is a 71-par course of 6,349 yards that is characterizes by its small and fast greens and narrow fairways. Hurlingham is always a good place to visit, not only by the excellent maintenance of the course but also for its surroundings.

Signature Hole

The 14th hole, a 373 yards par 4, is a short, estrategic, target shot dogleg left with a water hazard. In the driver landing area, 200 to 260 from the tee box, the landing area is only 22 yards wide, lmited by a loagoon on the left and three tall bumps on the right, so you really need to be precise with your tee shot. Once you cleared that shot, a perfect circle small green of 20 by 20 yards protected by two pot bunker in the entrace is waiting for you.
